Strong'ness: squat snatch, not that I'm overly good at these just felt good to start light and loosen my hips and work on my catch position
EMOM:
Odd: 225#, must be fatigued from previous days this seemed hard and I didn't think it should be
Even: I really like working rope climbs, got a lot better at "the pinch" with my feet
WOD:

DUs are getting better, took me just over 2:30. HSPUs took awhile went to failure (22 reps) then started doing pikes. Shoulder to overhead was rough broke it up into reps of 5
