Monday 8/11

a. Establish a 1 RM Front Squat
b. Snatch Complex: 3 Tng Squat Snatches, build to a heavy set

Gymnastics: AMRAP 8
6 Strict HSPU
4 MU

3 Power Snatches 135#/95#
15 Wallballs 20#/14#

  1. Still following! Squat cycle went ok...a few workouts didn't feel good and had to scale weight, but my back squat went up by 15#. 5RM OHS went well, got 100#! Really wanting to see what my 1RM is now. My front squat also went up, but only by 5#, so was a little disappointed it wasn't more.
    Still feeling pretty beat up as far as my shoulder goes...some days are fine and other days are just too much. I am still not snatching very much and certainly not heavy. I am stressed about losing strength there. Sometimes dips and MU progressions hurt it, too, so I don't do those every time they are Rxed. I'm really trying to stay on top of mobility and seeing my chiropractor.
