I did some of the snatch work from Wednesday on Thursday before class.'
Then - we did a big clean complex - 1 high hang squat clean 1 hang squat clean 1 full squat clean 1 push press 1 hh squat clean 1 hang squat clean 1 squat clean 1 push jerk 1 hh squat clean 1 hang squat clean 1 squat clean 1 split jerk
6 rounds - one time through = 1 round; increase weight each round, you cannot drop the bar during the whole complex. I started at 65#, added 10# each round, so ended at 115# - by the last two rounds, it got really challenging and I was surprisingly winded.
I scaled the power snatch to 85#, and got 6 per round - my hands felt really sore and so I dropped each rep rather than linking them. I got 15 box jumps per round and I got 1 burpee MU per round. I attempted a second on the third round, because I had time, but couldn't get another one.
