Still following! Squat cycle went ok...a few workouts didn't feel good and had to scale weight, but my back squat went up by 15#. 5RM OHS went well, got 100#! Really wanting to see what my 1RM is now. My front squat also went up, but only by 5#, so was a little disappointed it wasn't more.
ReplyDeleteStill feeling pretty beat up as far as my shoulder goes...some days are fine and other days are just too much. I am still not snatching very much and certainly not heavy. I am stressed about losing strength there. Sometimes dips and MU progressions hurt it, too, so I don't do those every time they are Rxed. I'm really trying to stay on top of mobility and seeing my chiropractor.
