Running Clock: 15-12-9
Had to scale the weight to 85#
The squat cleans were tough after getting a 1RM front squat. Just feeling like I had no bounce out of the bottom.
Took me 16 minutes.
At 20 mins: 4 rounds for time
I had to use a 20# WB, so these were tough
did the 18 pullups
15 KB at 55#
only did 10 HSPU and had to do kipping
only got through three rounds
At 45 mins: 3 rounds
10 power snatches - subbed power cleans at 95#
20 pistols - had to do assisted
30 DU
Finished at 59:11
