WOD: 2 Rounds of 'Lumberjack 20' (without the run)
20 Deadlifts 275#/185#
20 KB Swings 70#/53#
20 OHS 115#/75
20 Burpees
20 C2B
20 Box Jumps 24"/20"
20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans 50#/35# (2 x 50#/2 x 35#)
*Rest 5 Minutes between Rounds


  1. Weakness: worked 10 mins of DUs

    Snatch: worked up to 100# - felt solid

    C&J: worked up to 125# - clean felt good, jerk can still use improvement (all the S2OH yesterday probably didn't help either)

    WOD: Wow! I only did 1 round of this and it was rough. I used 175# for the DLs and did them in sets of 5, it took me close to 2 mins to get through them all - yuck. KBS were 2 sets of 10, OHS took me 3 sets, my overhead was weak again today. C2B took me quite a few sets too, still not great at linking more than 3 of these. Everything else was unbroken, but just felt hard today. I didn't get a time because the clock I was using got reset in the middle of the WOD. Wish I would had a partner to split it with ;).

    Snatch-worked up to 100# felt pretty good. Better then I thought it would

    C&J- Worked up to 115#

    WOD-This was a good one. Did both rounds RX, with the exception of the dumbbell cleans. 1st time: 13:33, 2nd time 15:33.

    It was nice to work out with others. Erlinda, Ernie, Robert and I all did it Saturday morning.
