b. 5 Sets: 1 High Hang Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean
c. 5 x 2 Snatch Grip Push Press

    I did the Rx'd 75# and only sat out 1 minute, got through 13 rounds before my rest minute. So this made me feel better about how crappy the track workout went today. Definitely ready for a rest day and kind of actually looking forward to sitting in a car for 12 hours. :)
