20 min EMOM 3 clean & jerks (75#) 3 deadlifts (75#) 3 front squats (75#)
I did the Rx'd 75# and only sat out 1 minute, got through 13 rounds before my rest minute. So this made me feel better about how crappy the track workout went today. Definitely ready for a rest day and kind of actually looking forward to sitting in a car for 12 hours. :)
