15 KB Swings
15 Bench Press
15 Pull-ups
*This is not a WOD, seriously, use LIGHT weight!!! Seriously! (I intentionally used seriously twice to stress the importance of my seriousness)

B. 2k Row (NFT!)

3. Mobility: 30 Minutes- 1 hour prioritizing trouble spots
