  1. Worked out at BCCF today.

    Since I missed the snatch work on Wednesday, I did it today. Worked up to 105# x 2. I tried 110#, first one was fine, but I rushed the second one and missed it forward. Still, overall pleased with this since my 1RM is 115#

    Back Squat - 5 sets of 3 - I built to 170# for the last two sets. Felt pretty heavy by the end, but not terrible. That is 15# off my 1RM

    I almost finished my third round of DUs. The C2B were what slowed me down (surprise, surprise), but I am getting better at butterfly C2B - I was linking 3 in a row each time in the second set of 20. I know, doesn't sound impressive, but it's an improvement, so I'm taking it.

    At the end, they also did a team race on bar muscle-ups, but I had to go pick up kids (and don't have a BMU yet), so I had to skip out on that one.
