Crew at Crossfit Ken Caryl today was great. Robert, Jenn, Jason, Will, Omiah and myself.

Everything Rx'd except the last set of snatches. Stayed on 135 for these because 165 is my PR. Completed the 15th rep of the last set of snatches at 25:01. Was damn proud to complete all the muscle ups strict. This means I can do them tired. I still use a false grip and think I could speed them up if I can work on a non-false grip technique. Snatches were 1 rep (not touch and go) - protecting my back. Cleans were 3x5 touch and go, same with both sets of jerks (last couple were singles). Very pleased to be able to move 135# for a fair amount of reps on the snatch today and super happy that muscle ups were successful in the middle of this workout.

  2. This was a good WOD, worked out with a great group of people which is always nice.

I started off with 85# for the snatches, which felt great. Then went up to 100, made it to the final snatches did the first 2 at 100#, struggled so I dropped to 95#. Was 2 short of completing. Had about 6 minutes to finish the last 15 and struggled. Overall the C2B and ring dips felt good, just the last set of snatches were a little bit of a struggle. Cleans and jerks were around 3-5 at a time. Snatches to start were 2-3 at a time. C2B were broken up into 5's.
