  1. I went in planning to do today's workout, but got talked into doing something different. I'm anxious to get back to these workouts because they are working for me. If we get the Blue team qualified, I'll be going to Regionals!!

    Tabata Jump Squats - Yikes! Not Fun.

    Then - death by 20M sprints with a sandbag, one jump over the sandbag for every 20M you run after you finish - add one each minute until you don't make it anymore, then continue to do 4 until 15 mins is up. So, I got through the round of 8, then did 4 for the next 6 mins.

    Reverse Annie - I like this one much less than regular Annie, I think I ended up at 6:48. Had a little trouble with my DUs to begin with until I figured out that my rope was getting caught on a piece of tape on the floor - after I got that out of the way, much smoother :).

    Then, I did a few MUs to make sure I still could - not awesome on the hand, but good for my mental game.

    I started in on the Thrusters, but ran out of time.

    Can't wait to see what 14.3 will be!
