Rested Saturday and went in on Sunday to do some light work and mobilize. Sarah had just come from the Mobility Cert, so she gave me a bunch of new stretches to try - after working through them with her, my back feels awesome, better than it has in a long while (it's been kinda chronically tight ever since the CO Open in the fall). I just did a little Airdyne work, some burpees and tried some different pull-up options for tomorrow. Pull-up Challenge - I'm in!!!
