  1. Back feels good after yesterday, which is a good sign. My glutes and inner thighs were a little sore, but nothing too bad. I might be re-doing 14.3 on Monday, if our team needs the points. If a third girl gets at least 136, I won't.

    JT: 16:40 - this took forever for me today, even the HSPUs felt tough and ring dips were in singles. Not sure why I was so fried - my upper back felt a little sore from all the pulling yesterday. I was out late last night with friends, that probably didn't help.

    40 pull-ups: I did chin-over and it took me about 5 mins - I lost my clock because someone reset it. Those 40 took me to 100 for the week!

    Didn't get through all of "Omar" - needed to get going, just went through the first two rounds. Burpees felt a little harder than normal after JT, Thrusters felt like Thrusters. Is this your prediction for 14.4 or 14.5?

  2. Did 14.3 finished with 134. Those deadlifts started to get heavy. But overall felt good with my score.
