Thursday 3/20

Active Recovery: Do something that makes you sweat but isn't too taxing. Spend 30-60 minutes working mobility in the shoulders and hips.

Here are two videos of Lindsey Valenzuela, one from 2009 the other from 2013. Just goes to show where dedication and hard work can take you.

  1. Thanks for the strategy, Dan. And thanks for these videos of Lindsey...you never really think about where the athletes come from, at least I don't. I just assume they were born with natural, God-given genes and were always athletes that excelled at something that carries over into CrossFit. This helps me to see how far she has come and how much time it took. BTW, I'm taking the Level I cert in April! : )
